Head Coach & Studio Owner

Ex dancer turned Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor, Lucie's positive energy, combined with her caring, compassionate style of coaching will be sure leave you leaving your session feeling great!

Meg

SGPT Coach 

Meg has amazing knowledge and experience when it comes to working with clients and specialises in strength training. Meg is incredibly supportive and caring, you will always feel listened to in her sessions.

 

Aside from her love of doughnuts and dogs, her biggest passion in life is helping clients reach their full potential.

As a level 4 personal trainer, she loves coaching them not only through their physical goals but improving their mental health.

Jordan

SGPT Coach

You are guaranteed a good time in Jordans session. Chief of ‘Thursday club’, Jordans energy is infectious

Not only will you have a great time when with Jordan, he is extremely knowledgable and an excellent coach

 

His passion is to ensure that each client builds a resilient and injury-free body, by ensuring that they perform the movements correctly and with total control.

You might find him around Brighton with his best pal Sid (that’s his dog by the way)!

Moira

SGPT COACH - STRETCH

 

Moira is an enthusiastic, warm & friendly coach. She has been in the fitness industry for years & has a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science

 

She has helped people with all types of goals from weight loss, to handbalance, to conditioning for competitive dancers.

 

She is also an absolute machine with her own training, and you’ll often see her upside down perfecting her incredible handstands!

 

Moira coaches SGPT sessions as well as STRETCH. You will be sure to train hard and have a great time in her sessions!

Julia

SGPT COACH, RUN CLUB & REPS

 

A former GB triathlete together with competing in several other high level sports, Julia brings a wealth of 20 plus years of fitness experience.

 

From personal training, group fitness, run coach, Good Gym coach and much more.

 

Julia brings amazing energy to her sessions. We are very lucky to have her onboard as our run coach, plus REPS & SGPT sessions.

Craig

SGPT COACH

 

Craig has a range of training know-how, from bodybuilding to calisthenics.

 

Craigs coaching style is calm, technical and he’s cool as a cucumber, but don’t let this fool you, he is all about discipline (while having a good time!)

 

His own fitness journey over the last few years has inspired him to become an incredible coach.

Connie

Yoga

Connie teaches a relaxed vinyasa style class, perfect for our members to stretch out, unwind & connect back into their bodies

"I went to my first yoga class in 2017 and very quickly realised how much I loved how it made me feel. I enjoyed the fact I could begin a yoga class feeling one way and 9 times out of 10, I could walk out feeling better".

Connie also strength trains with us at the studio which is the perfect compliment to keep her strong for her yoga practice.
