TEENS SESSIONS
AGE 13-18
Do you want to get stronger & build confidence? Always wanted to lift weights but feel intimidated by going to the gym?
We want to empower girls to lift weights safely, in a fun, supportive and non intimidating space, because this is what we wish we had when we were growing up!
Our brand new teens only session is for girls age 14-18.
We keep the groups small with 6 girls per session so we can give you excellent attention, make sure you are moving well, all while being part of an incredibly supportive group.
